Manchester-based software development firm Conduco has completed a move to new premises at Rutherford House on Manchester Science Park.
Crain's Manchester Business reported the company was previously known as SmartID and has moved into larger modern office design space after the expansion of its sales and development teams.
"The business is expanding rapidly but we didn't want to move to just any serviced office space," said Conduco's managing director Dave Nicholls.
Elsewhere, One St Peter's Square in the heart of Manchester has been given the green light for development by local planners and the scheme will incorporate a new 270,000 sq ft of office space, with individual floor plans totalling up to 22,500 sq ft.
James Nicholson, development director at Argent - project partner alongside the Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund - said prospective tenants are looking forward to benefiting from large floorplates at the new premises.
