Coventry business park announces first office interior letting

GET Solutions has become the first tenant to move into Whitley Business Park in Coventry.

The Coventry Telegraph reported that the company has signed a ten-year lease for 49,578 sq ft of grade A modern office deisgn space at the £13 million development, with the the park offering in excess of 1.1 million sq ft of office interior space upon its completion.

Mark Watkins, development surveyor for regeneration specialist St Modwen, told the local paper: "Whitley Business Park is the newest and arguably the most prestigious business address in Coventry and St Modwen is confident that the first letting to GET Solutions will act as a catalyst, driving further interest in the scheme."

Meanwhile, Steve Georgiou, director at Property Executive, recently said that there is a growing sense of optimism that the worst effects of the credit crisis are now over for the UK commercial property market.

He stated that many companies are hoping for a swift recovery in order to make their present business models more viable.
