A property in Crewe, Cheshire, has undergone an office refurbishment after signing a new tenancy agreement with building facilities management company Joyce Montague.
The firm has signed a five-year lease at Crewe Hall Farm and has taken on 1,200 sq ft of office space. The building was recently converted from an old farm house after planning consent was given in 2009 to allow the listed building to be converted into office accommodation.
Managing director of Joyce Montague Chrissie Crossan said: "After viewing Crewe Hall Farm, we decided that relocating was the best option. The site offers us an exceptional standard of accommodation, without the premium price tag associated with office space in the south. "
The company offers facilities management services, project and minor works management, reactive maintenance, data installations, lightning protection and emergency lighting.
It was advised on the deal by Knight Frank and Lamonts Commercial.
