Cumbria office design project unveiled

A £100 million trio of developments are taking place in Carlisle that will help secure office interior space in the town in the years ahead.
Kingmoor Park is to undergo a sizeable expansion to its office space with an additional 175,000 sq ft to be constructed in the coming months.
Furthermore, the town will also benefit from the creation of a new Sainsbury's superstore and a Dobbies garden centre as part of the plans.
Chief executive of Cumbria Chamber of Commerce Rob Johnston said: "It's a real vote of confidence in the city. To get investment of this size, given the economic circumstances, is absolutely tremendous."
Elsewhere, new figures by Invista Real Estate recently showed that the UK commercial property market is witnessing steady gains as the recovery takes hold, with investors looking to properties outside the norm.
Indeed, it is not just prime properties that are attracting investment, but also lower-end structures and buildings that are located in areas with high interest for growth,
