Faverdale Business Park on the outskirts of Darlington has announced two company office relocations to its premises.
Cold Store Logistics and Capita Business Services have taken on 100,000 and 40,000 sq ft of office interior space respectively.
Lettings at the property were managed by agent King Sturge, which signed up each of the businesses on a 15-year lease.
Simon Hill, industrial partner at King Sturge, told Property Executive: "This location offers excellent road links to all parts of the region and has therefore been targeted by a number of retailers for their regional distribution hubs. We are confident that the last two remaining units will be occupied shortly."
Elsewhere in the region, NE Business recently reported that Newcastle-based software company OnePoint has announced plans to open an office in Washington DC after securing contracts worth a combined £190,000 in the US.
