Design Council director Haigh quits
Office design news from Morgan Lovell

Diane Haigh has quit her post as director of the Design Council after overseeing its reorganisation earlier this year.
Ms Haigh was director of design review at the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (Cabe) from 2007 and joined the Design Council when the two organisations merged in April.
She said it was "a good moment for me to move on to fresh challenges" after integrating the Cabe team into the Design Council.
The Design Council began life in 1944 as the Council for Industrial Design, later becoming the Design Council and focusing on wider design issues. Cabe was the 1999 successor to the Royal Fine Art Commission established in 1924 and advised the government on architecture, urban design and public space in England.
Former Design Council Cabe chief operating officer Judith Toland has been appointed acting director while a permanent successor is sought.
