Diamond brokers and consultants Bonas & Company has announced the opening of a new headquarters in Holborn, Greater London.
The firm has moved into new office interior space at Thavies Inn House in the capital and has signed a long-term lease for 6,266 sq ft on the second floor of the property, paying an annual rent of £23 per sq ft.
Situated on the south side of Holborn Circus, the premises are an impressive period property and the deal for Bonas to take on office space at the site was brokered by advisers BNP Paribas.
Bonas began trading in London following the Great South American Diamond Rush of the 1870s and has established itself as one of the pre-eminent diamond brokers in the following years.
The company presently operates offices across the globe, in such far flung places as Antwerp, Gaborone, Hong Kong, Johannesburg, Mumbai, New York, Surat and Tel Aviv.
