One Didsbury Point in south Manchester has announced it has let office interior space to its first tenant.
Crain's Manchester Business reported design and build contractor Thermal Transfer has agreed to move into 14,130 sq ft of modern office design space at the premises and has signed a ten-year deal with the complex's owners Countryside Properties and Liberty Property Trust.
"Signing our first deal at the scheme demonstrates we are now meeting occupier demand and it is an encouraging sign for the wider south Manchester market," commented Andrew Carrington, director at Countryside Properties.
The letting was orchestrated by property management companies Knight Franks and P3 Consultants.
Meanwhile, TM Urban Developments' recently completed George Stephenson Court in Tees Valley also recently welcomed its first tenant - Map Group.
The company moved into its new office interior accommodation earlier this month and currently employs approximately 750 members of staff at 14 premises across the UK.
