Dublin business park announces major new letting

The Chase development in Sandyford, Dublin has announced the largest letting in the city this year.
ServiceSource International has taken on 40,000 sq ft of modern office interior space at the office park, making the move one of the largest single uptakes in 2009.
In total, The Chase offers nine floors of office interior rental space, with single office interiors ranging from 721 to 16,300 sq m.
"The acquisition of this new space is key to our global growth and expansion plans in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region," said Jeff Bizzack, president of ServiceSource.
Meanwhile, Alderley Edge-based commercial property firm Orbit Developments recently announced that it a number of businesses are to move to Sovereign House in Cheadle.
Crain's Manchester Business reported that Images Photo Studio, Matheson & Horan Associates, ALG Finance, My Pay and JEK Utilities are all to relocate to the office interior development in the near future.
