A Dublin-based entrepreneur has announced plans to set up a new serviced office venture in the city.
Situated in the Blackrock area of the city, Howard Doyle - a lawyer by trade - has invested more than 4.1 million (£3.46 million) into setting up a new serviced office building which he plans to use to offer businesses flexible accommodation.
Mr Doyle commented: "People can rent an office for one day to one year. We provide workstations, phone lines, everything you need to run an office."
Once complete, the building will incorporate in excess of 5,000 sq ft of serviced office interior space and provide 28 separate offices, capable of maintaining 80 workstations.
Elsewhere in Dublin, The Chase - a Sandyford business park - recently announced the letting of 40,000 sq ft of modern office design space to ServiceSource International in the largest single letting deal to take place in the city so far this year.
