Ealingcross to receive first tenant

London office building Ealingcross - situated at 85 Uxbridge Road in Ealing - has taken on its first tenant following its opening.

Property Week reported housing association A2 Dominion has moved into 17,213 sq ft of modern office design space at the premises, having signed a ten-year lease at £29 per sq ft.

The office building was completed in August last year and offers 117,000 sq ft of office interiors in total. Agents which are presently marketing the property are Montagu Evans and DTZ.

Ealingcross received a BREEAM ranking of Very Good and an energy performance certificate score of 39 - making the property class B for energy efficiency.

The office provides floorplates of up to 18,000 sq ft and has a double-height feature reception area. In addition, the eight-storey property is just a ten-minute journey from Paddington by train, as well as being 22 minutes to the West End by tube and 18 minutes to Terminal 1 at Heathrow.
