Serviced office provider EasyOffice has taken over the running of Devonshire House in Manchester.
The firm has signed an agreement with the building's owner Property Alliance Group to provide modern office design features to tenants at the 14,000 sq ft property on George Street, with firms being charged £45 per workstation, per week.
David Russell, chairman of Property Alliance Group, said: "Taking into account the changing market, we have seen an increasing requirement for flexible office space and working together with easyOffice, we can provide an alternative to the typical business centre."
In addition, EasyOffice has announced plans to open 20 more sites throughout the remainder of the year.
EasyOffice is the brainchild of budget airline boss Stelios Haji-Ioannou - the founder of easyJet - and opened its first serviced office development in London in November 2007.
The company has pledged to deliver "no frills" but "great value" office space for its clients.
