Eccles office refurb 'brings in agent'

The refurbishment of office space in Eccles is now underway and the firm responsible has employed new agents to help market the property once it is completed.

Salford-based Zincedge Properties is carrying out an office refurbishment project on 116,000 sq ft of modern office design space at Sentinel House and has added Manchester-based letting agency P3 Property to its team of agents to promote the property.

The development is presently marketed by King Sturge, with P3 becoming joint letting agent.

Phil Meakin, partner at P3, said Sentinel House was value for money. "It's a great space, in a great location, with great amenities," he noted.

Zincedge also recently completed the refurbishment of Peel House in Eccles and is advertising office space at the premises.

The firm noted the building has excellent transport links and a high calibre of existing tenants. Up to 10,500 sq m of office space is currently available for rent.
