Insurance business Ecclesiastical has announced plans to move its headquarters to new premises at Gloucester Docks.
Currently employing approximately 600 members of staff at its existing headquarters at Brunswick Road, the firm has earmarked completion of the office relocation project for some time in 2015.
Transformation director at the insurer Graham Johnson said: "The staff I have spoken to are very positive because it means we are staying in Gloucester. They are all bright-eyed and bushy-tailed about it."
He added that this is a big milestone for the firm and will help to transform the way that employees of the business work by offering them a modern, environmentally-friendly place to do business.
Elsewhere, energy supplier E.ON has announced it will be opening a new office in Nottingham.
The firm is planning to move into the former City Council Treasury Building after council staff moved out to take charge of their new premises at Loxley House.
