Eco company opens Tamworth office

Renewable energy company Eco-Environments has opened a new office in Tamworth in order to improve its influence in the Midlands.

This is the firm's fifth UK office following its launch in 2007 and it presently employs approximately 20 members of staff at premises across the UK.

Manager of the Tamworth operation for the firm Paul Summers said: "The company has chosen Tamworth because we already have experience working on projects in the region and our research tells us that there is considerable interest in renewable energy solutions."

He added that renewable energy is one of the most exciting sectors in which to be working in Britain today and this new opening will help the company go from strength to strength.

Meanwhile, design agency Melli UK recently announced the opening of a new office in Corby.

The company will become the first tenant at the newly completed Corby Business Park.
