Benefits and investment consultant Hymans Robertson has announced plans for an office relocation project to Exchange Place in Edinburgh.
The company is to take on 13,000 sq ft of office interior space on the top floor of the development and has plans to move in by September.
Hyman Roberts is the second business to announce plans to move into the property in the months ahead - Scott Moncrieff revealed that it was to undertake a large-scale office relocation last month.
Cameron Stott, director of Jones Lang LaSalle - agents for the deal - said: "Attracting a new occupier to Edinburgh is always great news for the city, but with a national firm such as Hymans Robertson, and within the current climate, this is particularly important and marks a substantial investment in Edinburgh."
Elsewhere in Scotland, Coatbridge College recently announced major office refurbishment plans costing in excess of £25 million.
The campus of the college is to undergo a major refit, with administrative staff and students relocating to Strathclyde Business Park while the work is being carried out.
