Office design news from Morgan Lovell

The Equalities and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) has announced possible plans to move to new modern office design space at Piccadilly Place in Manchester.
Plans are now in place for the organisation to move from its existing office accommodation at Arndale Tower to 40,000 sq ft of modern office design space at Piccadilly Place.
The deal has been brokered by joint letting agents at the development GVA Grimley and will hopefully be completed in the months ahead as part of EHRC's plans to move to larger office interior space.
Elsewhere in Manchester, European road freight service provider Freightex recently announced it is to set up a new office in the city to act as a hub for its northern England enterprises.
The company already operates modern office design space in Birmingham, London and Dover and has witnessed a 20 per cent increase in demand for its services over the last 12 months.
