Enquiries rise at Liverpool's 20 Chapel Street
Office design news from Morgan Lovell

The number of enquiries by businesses looking to rent office interior space has increased in the last few months at 20 Chapel Street in Liverpool, it has been claimed.
LDP Business has reported that the office complex recently let 3,165 sq ft to accountancy firm Jackson UK and has seen a steady growth in the number of enquiries about further lettings.
Agent Alistair Newman told the paper: "People thinking at looking at grade B accommodation can speak to us and may be surprised what we can offer. We are not quoting rentals but rest assured we are extremely competitive at the moment."
Elsewhere in the north-west city, LDP Business also reported that a new £8 million development has been proposed by the Irish entrepreneur Ashley Moore.
A site at Pall Mall has been earmarked for the structure, which - if given planning consent - will be the largest new commercial property project in the city for the last 40 years as it will provide 228,000 sq ft of grade A office interior space.
