Electricity North West (ENW) has announced office relocation plans which will see the group transfer to new headquarters in Warrington.
The company has planned to move to 15,300 sq ft of modern office design space at Bridgewater Place on Warrington MEPC Birchwood Park. ENW noted that it has planned this relocation to allow the business to expand over the coming years.
Phil O'Brien, property manager at ENW, said: "The move to Bridgewater Place will provide modern and efficient floorspace at a price that reflects current property market conditions."
Elsewhere in the town, business services provider CEL recently announced office relocation plans of its own, with the company moving half of its 100-strong staff to new headquarters in Warrington town centre.
IT, HR, sales and marketing divisions will all be relocated to Olympic Park in Birchwood, while the remainder of the staff will continue to operate from the firm's Glossop base.
