Plans for the former site of vehicle design and manufacture company Jaguar have been announced which entail the opening of a new 7,000 sq ft office interior in Coventry as part of plans to revitalise the area.
The work has been proposed by Goodman and Advantage West Midlands, with the 30-acre site in Coventry to be given a full makeover.
A new office interior development will take place - should consent be given by local planning officials - as well as the creation of 82,000 sq m of industrial workspace.
Graham Pardoe from Goodman commented: "This is a major development which has the potential to bring significant economic benefits to Coventry."
Meanwhile, a new £8 million development has been earmarked for Liverpool's city centre.
Irish entrepreneur Ashley Moore has proposed plans for a new 228,000 sq ft grade A office interior building, which if given approval will be the largest single commercial property project in the city for 40 years.
