Office construction work is set to get underway at the Exchange 15 development in Northamptonshire in the coming months.
First stage construction will deliver a new headquarters for the development containing 30,000 sq ft of office interior space, as well as a second building housing 10,000 sq ft.
Furthermore, the property owner is presently in discussions with a number of hotel operators for the construction of new hotel space at the site.
"We believe that it will be very attractive to local and regional companies seeking a high quality and high profile HQ building as well as occupiers from outside the region," commented managing director of Leybourne Estate Russell Legg.
Elsewhere in the region, insurance company Willis Group has opened a new office in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter.
The company has set up 10,000 sq ft of office interior space at 40 St Paul's Place and plans to relocate 50 of its members of staff to the new premises. It was opened by company chairman and chief executive officer Joe Plumieri.
