Fairhurst Design Group has moved to new office space at 55 King Street in Manchester.
The deal was brokered by agent King Sturge and sees the company taking on 9,030 sq ft of grade A office interior space at the premises.
Richard Wharton of King Sturge's Manchester team said: "Fairhurst's decision was based on a desire to occupy high quality accommodation on a single floor plate within the city's prime core."
He added that this latest deal demonstrates the strength of the Manchester market, as a number of other prime city centre locations were discussed as possible sites for the firm's office relocation.
Elsewhere in the city, Swedish banking group Handelsbanken recently moved into new property at the Deva Centre in Salford.
The company took on 2,000 sq ft of grade A office interior space in the building, which in total offers 83,000 sq ft of office space and is operated by Benmore Developments.
