Forsyth Business Centres (FBC) has announced that it plans to spend up to £200 million on an aggressive modern office design uptake venture which will see the business increase its offerings across the UK.
As part of these far-reaching expansion plans, the firm has secured the purchase of a new office interior complex in Bracknell, Berkshire.
Summit House will offer 17,800 sq ft of modern office design space for the use of companies in the area following its office refurbishment over the coming months.
"The Bracknell deal reinforces Foryth's expansion plans. Whereas some companies are looking to cut down on their operations we are continually looking for opportunities," David Harrop, finance director at FBC, commented.
Elsewhere in the region, a recent report by Cushman & Wakefield showed that investment in office interior space in London rose by 110 per cent during the second quarter of 2009, in comparison to the first three months of the year.
