Forsyth Business Centres (FBC) has announced that it has taken over York's Clifton Moor business park.
The company made the acquisition in order to invest in office refurbishment plans for the modern two-storey Tower Court building following the disbanding of the development's former owner MLS Group.
David Harrop, finance director at FBC, said: "Everyone is really excited about the return to Tower Court and we are looking forward to providing businesses in the area with our first-class facilities and services."
In the last few months FBC has been pursuing an aggressive expansion strategy which has seen the company purchase modern office design space in Manchester, Bracknell and Leeds.
Elsewhere in York, the Aspire office interior development in the city centre recently underwent a major office refurbishment project.
Following completion of the work, the building's owner, the Skelwith Group, sold all 20 office interiors at the site.
