Education and classroom supplier Findel has announced the completion of its office relocation to a new £10 million office building in Hyde, Tameside.
The 55,000 sq ft office interior building will house up to 450 employees of Findel and is located opposite the firm's previous headquarters on Ashton Road.
Following recent growth, the firm decided that relocation to larger premises was called for in order to facilitate further expansion and increase business opportunities.
Patrick Jolly, Findel's chief executive, said: "We believe our new offices will act as a catalyst for development on the adjoining land, which should prove to be a boost for job creation in Tameside."
Meanwhile, Arkwright House in Manchester city centre is to undergo a dramatic office refurbishment over the next few months to provide an additional 14,000 sq ft of office interior.
The work is being carried out by the building's owners Wrather Group and is due for completion in October this year.
