Developers Salmon Harvester and partner NFU Mutual have announced they have found the first tenant for their recently redeveloped office interior space at Oxford Street in London.
Korean oil company SK Energy has agreed a ten-year lease for 3,195 sq ft of grade A office interior space on the third floor of the building at a rent of £47.50 per sq ft per annum.
It is the first letting for the property that has undergone significant office refurbishment work in recent years, after the building suffered from fire damage in 2007.
In total, the premises offer 11,925 sq ft of modern office design space, with headline rental rates of up to £49.50 per sq ft.
Elsewhere in the city, new plans have been submitted for a 52,000 sq ft office construction project in Chiswick.
The Octopus scheme by London & Bath estates will see the delivery of new grade A office interior space should the development get the go-ahead, with amended plans now being submitted to local officials.
