Flexible working 'spells the end for high rise offices'
Office design news from Morgan Lovell

The rise in the number of people working from home and outside the office means that the call for new high-rise office developments is waning as companies are housing fewer office-based staff.
NE Business reports that this is the conclusion of a group of scientists at Microsoft Windows Mobile.
The announcement follows the publication of research which claims up to 70 per cent of Brits now feel they are able to attain a more healthy work-life balance and 44 per cent say they are being given more opportunities to work from home.
James McCarthy, one of the researchers at Microsoft, told the news provider: "The UK is set to change dramatically over the next 25 years as remote working evolves and employers and employees alike embrace the changes to come."
In other office related news, it was recently reported that flexible office interior rental in London is showing signs of improvement with companies taking advantage of the ability to increase or decrease their office space more easily at this form of property.
