Forsyth Business Centres has saved the offices of 16 companies in Leeds after it took over the management contract for 117 The Headrow on behalf of the landlord, KG Properties.
The 15,000 sq ft office complex was due to be closed by its previous operator MLS Group; however, Forsyth stepped in to secure the building for the foreseeable future.
David Harrop, finance director at Forsyth Business Centres, said: "We are delighted to be in a position to offer security to the existing tenants in this property and to offer Forsyth serviced office facilities to businesses in Leeds."
Meanwhile, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors recently noted that demand for commercial office space across the UK is weakening.
The organisation said that 71 per cent of its members stated demand was down in comparison to the previous three months, compared to 53 per cent in the third quarter of last year.
