Four companies have signed long-term leases for lettings at the Greenhouse in Manchester, MediaCityUK has revealed.
Located near to the BBC, ITV and the University of Salford, the Greenhouse has become home to Libra Television, Peachy, Armstrong Legal and Kelly’s Eye Animation, with all four of the businesses taking up office interior space at the landmark property.
Stephen Wild, managing director for MediaCityUK, said: "The Greenhouse offers low-cost, flexible office space and is a perfect solution for small, creative businesses keen to be part of the ever-growing MediaCityUK community."
He added that there are now more than 30 companies operating out of the MediaCityUK area, which has become one of the most popular areas for lettings in the north-west in recent months.
The Greenhouse is just one of a number of developments at the MediaCityUK site, with the Pie Factory being the other major development at the site.
