Bell Meadow, the property developer, has today confirmed a £4 million funding boost for a new business park in Cheshire.
According to a report in the Manchester Evening News, the deal has been agreed with Allied Irish Bank and will lead to the completion of the Portal Business Park in Tarporley.
The site contains a total of 15 units, with office interiors being spread over two floors. It is expected to attract small to medium-sized businesses due to the size of office interiors on offer.
So far, there are three occupiers at the site, the newspaper reports.
"There is a strong demand for high-quality office space in Cheshire, which will certainly be met with Bell Meadow's newest investment," Philip Hartley from Allied Irish Bank told the news provider.
Developer Bell Meadow notes that the new business park is conveniently located for motorway access and is also close to the A49. It is located around ten miles from Chester.
