Fylde firm's move boosts trading
Office design news from Morgan Lovell

A Fylde-based motor company’s decision to move offices appears to have paid dividends after it reported a rise in business since the switch.
Lancaster Vehicle Solutions (LVS) now has its first street-level premises after it was forced to move after the building in which its offices were housed in St Annes was bought to make way for a new Travelodge hotel.
The office fit out and space planning for the new premises has seemingly helped the company go from strength to strength.
Carly Webster, of LVS, said: "We’re really pleased with the new premises - we’ve got our own signage and it’s given us more of a presence in the area.
"Since moving here we’re doing really well on daily rentals."
Ms Webster added: "We’re now like a large dealership run from an office; we do contract hire and leasing, new and used car sales, daily rentals and a garage facility - we’ve become a one-stop shop and repair centre.
"Not a lot of people in the area knew about us. We were a bit hidden away before. With our new premises, more and more people can see what we have to offer."
The firm, which began as a motor finance company before diversifying into a larger motoring firm, has also applied for planning permission to install advertisements on its forecourt.
