The Hub business centre in Glasgow is now more than 50 per cent let following its opening in February this year.
Situated at Pacific Quay, the office park has taken on a raft of new tenants since its opening, with Safehinge and Caboodl among the first companies to take up residence.
In recent months the site announced the opening of its own private cafe, a further attraction for businesses it would seem.
Ian Robertson, director of Downtown Space, commented: "The Hub is not simply about offering office space, it's about offering the full package of a quality and well-located working environment, married with a quirky and well-run cafe bar, an events area and management that supports the tenants."
Elsewhere in Scotland, Strathclyde Business Park recently revealed a new strategy to attract businesses to its office interior lettings.
The development has set up a new Italian restaurant - Massimo - on its site which offers authentic restaurant-quality food for workers. Massimo currently has other outlets in Glasgow, Livingston and Edinburgh.
