A modern office design space in Glasgow has now been fully let, with the latest tenants moving into the property just five months after its completion.
Residents at 141 Bothwell Street now include Shell Shared Services - which occupies 61,000 sq ft of office interior space - and BNP Paribas Securities, which operates on the ground floor and is responsible for 17,563 sq ft.
Bill Colville, office agency director at DTZ, said: "141 Bothwell Street is in the heart of Glasgow's central business district and within the city's international financial services district, offering a superior location for a broad range of occupiers."
He added it is a testament to fine modern office design of the building that the entire available space has been let so quickly.
Meanwhile, Drivers Jonas LLP recently published figures showing the number of office interior developments in Glasgow which are currently underway has fallen from 30 in 2008 to just 13 at present.
Therefore, the firm predicted a rise in demand for office space in the months ahead as fewer new properties come on to the market.
