Medical services group Go To Doc has announced plans to undergo an office transfer to a new centre in Denton, Tameside.
Crain's Manchester Business has reported that Go To Doc is to take up residence at Ashtenne's The Forum office interior centre in Denton and will take on 7,000 sq ft of prime office interior space at the site, which in total can house more than 25,000 sq ft.
An annual rent of £75,000 per annum has been agreed between the firms.
Paul Boothman, regional manager for Ashtenne, told the newspaper: "We're building a strong business community here in Denton and remain optimistic about the prospect of further deals in the near future."
Elsewhere in the region, office industry news portal Choregus recently reported that Evans Easyspace has opened a new office in Bolton.
The office interior complex houses enough space for in excess of 200 employees and offers additional workshop and storage spaces.
