Bristol office space has been recommended to companies that want a good value for money location.
According to DTZ's annual Global Occupancy Costs: Offices survey, the city is the fourth cheapest for office space in the UK outside of London.
Philip Morton, head of office agency for DTZ in Bristol, stated that with regard to overall business cost, locations in the city offer impressive value.
"Occupiers continue to look at the cashflow over the length of their lease which will become critical when the International Accounting Standard 37, affecting lease accounting, comes into operation in April 2012," he was quoted as saying by Insider Media.
This comes shortly after new agents were brought in to market office interior space in Bristol city centre at waterfront property Broad Quay House.
Mr Morton explained that it is an excellent chance for firms to secure office space in Bristol in one of the city's landmark buildings.
