Grade A space needed in Liverpool

Liverpool needs more grade A office interior space if it is to continue to attract blue chip companies to the area, it has been argued.
Office industry news portal Choregus has stated that the city is in danger of falling behind its rivals - such as London, Manchester and Birmingham - in developing prime office real estate to give the biggest multinational companies an impetus to move to the area.
The portal made the claim despite the recent letting of more than 200,0000 sq ft at Liverpool's Capital building to the Borders Agency, a property which had previously been owned by Sun Alliance prior to its £51 million sale last year.
Meanwhile, Strand House - situated in the city's waterfront area - is offering cut-price office accommodation to companies looking to relocate to the area.
The building presently offers more than 20,000 sq ft of grade A office interior spread out over three floors, all with fine views of the Mersey, LDP Business reported.
