The level of office interior uptake in Greater Manchester reached record levels in 2010, a report from Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has shown.
According to the data, two million sq ft of office interiors were rented during the course of the year - up by 45 per cent from 1.3 million sq ft seen in 2009.
David Thwaites, head of office agency at LSH Manchester, said that there has therefore been a significant recovery as the country has come out of recession.
Furthermore, the report predicted a stabilisation of the market in 2011 due to the fact there are no major office construction plans to be completed in the city centre for the next two years.
Meanwhile, marketing agency Cube3 has moved to new office space in Manchester at 56 Princess Street.
The firm relocated from its previous office space in Bolton and to commemorate this achievement it has released a nativity video entitled A 5tar is 6orn in the run-up to Christmas.
