Greenspan is to open its first UK office interior in Birmingham, it has been announced.Choregus.co.uk reports that the Irish specialist building supply company is to move to new offices at Concorde House in Birmingham, which is operated by the United Business Centre.
Mike Cregan, managing director of the business, told the site: "The proximity to Birmingham International airport and the location for us was a big factor, but equally as important is the service and the people."
Greenspan was founded in 1999 and is currently looking to move to bigger office interiors as the company has trebled in size in the last three years.
In other news, Property Week reports that the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment has criticised British Lands' proposed plans for a 35-storey tower in Birmingham.
It said that while the structure's principles are sound, the plans require further amendment as the overall quality of the building is lacking.
