Office refurbishment will be on the agenda at MediaCity following the latest leasing deal.
Leading European IT firm Grenke Leasing has taken 1,700 sq ft of space at the Salford site and it is thought that it will be looking at the space planning of its new layout in the coming weeks.
The firm has leased a 20-person office in MediaCity’s Blue Tower, but seeing as it already has sites across Europe, it will probably not need too much help when it comes to office interiors.
Firms come to Grenke to lease IT equipment, a move which helps them avoid eating too far into their budgets.
Stefan Zeeh, director of international sales at Grenke, said: "We are delighted to open our fifth UK sales office at MediaCityUK. The prestigious development is a perfect fit for Grenke’s continued UK and European expansion."
