Halcrow relocates to Bridgewater

International management service company Halcrow has announced that it is to take up new residence at MEPC Birchwood Park in Bridgewater.The Liverpool Echo has reported that the company has signed a ten-year lease at £18 per sq ft with MEPC for use of the 13,000 sq ft office interior.
Halcrow is currently in the process of relocating a number of members of staff to the new property and will be filling the remaining office places through a vigorous recruitment drive in the coming months.
Rick de Blaby, chief executive of MEPC, told the newspaper: "We are pleased that Halcrow has chosen Birchwood Park for its new offices in the north-west. Letting activity has remained steady over the last quarter across all our estates."
Halcrow specialises in the provision of planning, design and management services for infrastructure development worldwide.
It was founded in 1868 and currently employs over 7,500 people with an annual turnover in excess of £400 million.
