Global professional recruitment firm and IT outsourcer Harvey Nash has announced the opening of a new office in Manchester.
The company has moved into office interior space at Lowry House on Marble Street and is hoping this latest venture will enable it to capitalise on the influx of creative and media talent into the north-west.
Jonathan Potter, operations manager for the new Harvey Nash office, said: "We are confident that the skilled IT talent exists here to support our fast growing clients and we have already hosted a major CIO summit in the city to discuss the opportunities ahead."
Elsewhere in the city, Hermes Real Estate recently announced the sale of 55 Spring Gardens on behalf of the British Telecom Pension Scheme (BTPS) in a deal reportedly worth £8.5 million.
This represented a nine per cent yield for BTPS, with the property offering 47,500 sq ft of city centre office interior space spread over eight storeys in total.
