Three new office relocation deals have helped a Sheffield office development reach 100 per cent occupancy.
Sheffield Digital Campus has seen deals for media giant Sky, Coal Pension Trustees Services and recruitment firm Michael Page, all taking on office interior space at the property's Ventana House.
Co-owner Scarborough Development Group and GMI Property Company agreed lettings of 23,571 sq ft, 5,799 sq ft and 2,932 sq ft to the companies respectively.
James Poskitt, managing director of GMI Property, commented: "Achieving this investment in the city and the additional 500 jobs it brings is, in this economic environment, something to be proud of."
Elsewhere in the city, drill tool supplier Cutting & Wear recently announced the construction of a new headquarters at St Paul Development's Smithy Wood Business Park.
The project is set to cost upwards of £5 million and a new purpose-built 38,000 sq ft head office for the firm.
