Haydock business undergoes office relocation

Haydock-based i3Group is planning a significant office relocation when it moves its head offices to larger premises at The Parks development in the town.
The company is to take on an additional 130 employees and as such is in need of more office interior space. As a result, it is to move to a 120,000 sq ft unit at the office park, which is located in the vicinity of Haydock Racecourse.
Chief executive officer at the firm Elfeld Thomas said: "This vision is being reflected in our forward order book, which is why our expansion is necessary."
Elsewhere in the region, the Co-operative Group recently announced plans to create a new headquarters in Manchester city centre.
The development will see construction of a new 16-storey, 320,000 sq ft office building in the heart of the city and will also benefit from the creation of a 20-acre park surrounding the site.
