Law firm HBJ Gateley Wareing is moving into new premises at Ship Canal House on King Street in Manchester.
The move is due to take place on September 25th when the company will take on 31,000 sq ft of office interior space at the site as it relocates from its present premises at 3 Hardman Square.
Rod Waldie, senior office partner of the firm, told Place North West: "The building has recently been completely refurbished and HBJ Gateley Wareing will become the largest occupier."
He added that the company will be taking office space on four floors of the building, which he claimed is one of the best business locations in the city.
Meanwhile, Newcastle-based PR agency Admiral recently announced plans to open a new Manchester office on September 1st.
The company has set its sights on trebling its turnover during the next five years and feels that strengthening its position in the north-west market will be integral to achieving this goal.
