A Hemel Hempstead office building has undergone a major refurbishment.

The Hemel Gazette has reported that Forsyth House - formerly known as Innovation House - at Maylands Business Park has been made over in an attempt to entice businesses to the area.

It now offers 9,670 sq ft of grade A office space following completion of the work by Forsyth Business Centres.

Group sales and operations director David Hall told the newspaper: "It's an ideal environment for any business to operate in as there's so much going on in the area. There are also superb transport links."

Meanwhile, office construction firm Regus recently announced that it is to open a new business centre in the region.

Breakspear Business Park in Herefordshire will provide long-term leases to companies looking to relocate to the area and also offers excellent transport links to central London and in turn, the rest of the UK.
