Global dental equipment provider Henry Schein has set up a new office in Leeds.
The company has signed a five-year lease for Unit 4 in Centre 27, with annual rents at the premises believed to be £20,223 per annum - approximately £9 per desk space.
Centre 27 is located off Junction 27 on the M62 and property investment management companies Jones Lang LaSalle and Sanderson Weatherall are joint agents for the property.
Partner at Sanderson Weatherall Richard Dunn commented: "Centre 27 is an attractive proposition for smaller occupiers looking to acquire or occupy fully refurbished offices, especially those requiring accessibility to regional motorway networks."
Henry Schein is a Fortune 500 company on the US Nasdaq stock exchange and is the largest provider of health care products and services to office-based dental practitioners in the UK.
It provides services to professionals in over 200 countries worldwide and has more than 90,000 private-brand products which it offers to its clients.
