HomeLoan Partnership (HLP) has completed a move into new headquarters in Worthing.
The firm had been looking to carry out an office relocation to larger premises for some time. However, the ongoing economic turbulence in the UK has meant these plans have had to be put off until now, My Introducer reports.
"We have stayed in Worthing because the town has served us well and we have access to a wealth of quality staff as we grow," commented HLP managing director Chris Tanner.
He added that the premises offer improved training facilities and additional floorspace to enable the company to expand during what is a difficult financial period.
The company was launched in 2001 and is a mortgage network which works solely with mortgage intermediaries. It has grown considerably in recent years and was voted as a finalist in the Best Mortgage Network category of the Mortgage Strategy Awards 2010.
