Serviced office company Orega has signed a ten-year agreement to manage up to 20,000 sq ft of office space at a site in London.
Situated at High Holborn - adjacent to Chancery Lane underground station - the company plans to carry out a complete office refurb of the premises and hopes to have its first tenant in place by October 1st, Office Broker reports.
Joint managing director of Orega Zach Douglas commented: "Our strategy is all about developing long-term partnerships with landlords on well-conceived projects that provide a return over a ten-year period and maintain consistently high standards."
He added that opening office space in London is the company's logical next step, as it already operates premises in other major UK cities, including Birmingham and Manchester.
Elsewhere in the capital, the Crown Estate recently received approval for the refurbishment of two properties on Regent Street, which will look to create an additional 200,000 sq ft of office space in the area.
