Sheffield-based law firm Howells has announced plans to move a third of its staff into new premises in the city.
The workers will carry out an office relocation to Sheffield's first purpose-built police station at Castle Green following the recent refurbishment of the property.
It hopes to have all of the major work carried out in the months ahead and plans to have its staff installed in the new premises by the end of next year.
"Like many Sheffield firms, we were hit extremely hard by the 2007 floods and we completely lost our offices at Love Street, which we'd only opened a couple of years earlier," said Howells' chief executive Graham Wright.
He added that ever since, the company has been looking to diversify its office holdings.
The company was established in 1979 and specialises in publicly-funded law - accounting for 95 per cent of the firm's cases.
At present, it has 14 partners and employs 160 members of staff. It also operates offices outside of Sheffield in Rotherham.
