Huddersfield office to be ready for September

The Grade II listed Folly Hall Mills in Huddersfield is to complete its office refurbishment by this coming September, it has been claimed.Originally built in the 19th century, the 60,000 sq ft office refit is being undertaken at a cost of approximately £6 million.
Councillor Ken Sims, the cabinet member for regeneration with Kirklees metropolitan borough council, was present at the launch of the project yesterday (July 21st).
He said: "I am delighted to be launching this excellent development. It will be a great asset for Huddersfield and is just what we need in the 21st century."
In other news, the Huddersfield Daily Examiner reports that an office block in the centre of the town has been sold for office refurbishment at auction.
The four-storey building is located on the corner of John William Street and Brook Street and sold for £856,000 - over £100,000 more than its guide price.
